Real estate broker James Baker did an outstanding job. Our house sold for full asking price in only 6 days, after it had languished under a different realtor for the prior 6 months. We were kept in the loop throughout — particularly when, on short notice, the buyer's paperwork had to go back through underwriting and two-state legal review due to a 2024 federal law change. Our closing was delayed a few days, but James got us fully compensated for expenses incurred. James was a formidable negotiator and gave stellar customer service!
